Bidding Rules

1. All bids are final and binding once submitted. Bids cannot be withdrawn or modified.
2. The highest bidder at the auction closing time is the final winner and must complete the transaction.
3. Macam-Macam reserves the right to reject, remove, or cancel any bids suspected of fraud or manipulation.

Payment

1. NO cancellation / refund after confirmation of order and payment.
2. The name of the Buyer/Bidder will be announced on social media, and they will be blacklisted if they fail to make payment within 24 hours of the bidding session.
3. A Full refund will be issued if your order has been canceled by the brand owner / distributor / supplier which is beyond our control.
4. All payments will be under the protection of Macam-Macam. Money will only be released to the seller once the buyer has received the item.

Delivery

1. Macam-Macam is NOT liable for any loss or damage during delivery. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the logistics provider. Compensation will follow their policy.
2. The actual delivery time depends on the logistics provider and local customs procedures.
3. Combining multiple orders or items for a single delivery fee is not applicable.
4. The total shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

1. All items are sold as-is, and sellers DO NOT provide any additional warranties.
2. Any request for exchange or refund related to imperfection of product will not be entertained.
3. Buyers must review product details carefully before bidding. No refunds or returns will be accepted unless explicitly stated.

Dispute Handling

1. If an item is significantly different from the description, the buyer must report the issue within 48 hours/ 2 days of receiving the item, along with supporting evidence.
2. Macam-Macam will review the dispute and make a final decision based on the situation.

Prohibited Conduct & Penalties

1. Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:
2. Placing fake bids or manipulating prices (e.g., using multiple accounts or conspiring with others to influence auction prices);
3. Using multiple accounts to manipulate auction outcomes for unfair advantage;
4. Winning bids but deliberately failing to make payment, disrupting transactions and the platform’s integrity;
5. Selling illegal, restricted, or prohibited items, such as counterfeit goods, stolen property, or items that infringe trademarks or copyrights.
